Valerie Core Flagstaff Realtor®Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Valerie Core. I am the Associate Broker with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty in Flagstaff, Arizona. I received my real estate license in 2001. My first position was with Century 21 Centre Point in Phoenix. Within only a few months, I realized that I wanted to expanded my real estate knowledge and diversify myself. I accepted a new position and joined Coldwell Banker Success in North Scottsdale later that year.

In 2003, my husband was transferred to Flagstaff. Thrilled to be back in the home town of my Alma matter (Northern Arizona University class of 2000). In Flagstaff I have worked for new home builders Keepsake Homes and Capstone Homes as a new home Sales Associate and Designated Broker selling new construction homes in Ponderosa Trails and The Summit at Ponderosa Trails, Farmhouse Estates, Forest Highlands Golf Club, Anazasi Ridge and Flagstaff Ranch Golf Club.

Selling new and resale homes in Flagstaff I was proudly ranked as one of the top 20 selling real estate agents in Flagstaff in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011 & 2013 and the top selling agent in Ponderosa Trails for the 6 years!

During my free time, I enjoy traveling, skiing and taking long strolls with my husband, Brodie and our dogs Scooter and Mugsy. We have two girls Victoria and Charlotte, so I know and understand very well the importance that your home plays in your family life.
