Ponderosa Trails is one of the newest neighborhoods in Flagstaff and was built by several different builders. It is ideally located just southeast of Flagstaff south of I40 and East of I17. This prime residential neighborhood gets its name from the extensive greenbelt trails wondering through the neighborhood. Many of the homes border the trails and have breathtaking views of the San Francisco Peaks.
